Allclass Standard Terms of Business

The following documents form our most recent standard terms of business that apply to certain dealings from time to time:

  1. Allclass Standard Terms of Trade version date 1 November 2025;
  2. Allclass Terms of Website and Social Media version ATOWU2019-01 with effective date 31 May 2019; and
  3. Allclass Privacy Policy version PP2019-01 with effective date 31 May 2019.

If you are unable to download these standard terms of business, please contact Allclass as they will also be available upon reasonable request.

Please note we may amend our standard terms of business at any time, by providing seven (7) business days’ notice to you including by publishing revised terms on our website.  Each dealing that, but for such amendments, would be governed by these standard terms of business is intended to be governed by the existing and most current written version of our standard terms of business intended to govern such dealing. Kindly check which version of our standard terms of business are in force and apply to a given dealing prior to and at the time of engaging in such dealing.
