Terms & Conditions – $2,000 Merlo Parts Credit Promotion

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Allclass Pty Ltd (ABN as applicable), authorised Merlo dealer in Australia.
2. Promotion Period
   The promotion commences on the date of publication and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 31 March 2026.
3. Eligibility
   This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase a new Merlo Telehandler from Allclass during the Promotion Period.
4. Qualifying Purchase
   A qualifying purchase is the completed purchase of any new Merlo Telehandler supplied by Allclass, with full payment made and sale confirmed within the Promotion Period.
5. Offer Details
   Eligible customers will receive a $2,000 AUD Merlo parts credit.The parts credit:
   • Is redeemable only on genuine Merlo parts
   • Must be redeemed through Allclass
   • Has no cash value and is not transferable
   • Cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash
6. Credit Issuance
   The parts credit will be issued after delivery of the Merlo Telehandler and completion of all purchase requirements, including full payment.
7. Use of Parts Credit
   The parts credit may be used across one or multiple transactions until the full value is exhausted. Any unused balance after expiry (if applicable) will be forfeited.
8. Exclusions
